Return Policy

1. General Provision

This return policy regulates the rules for returning and refunding products purchased on Digimart.ge.

Digimart.ge is an online store and the transaction concluded with the customer, as a rule, constitutes a distance contract, which is why the customer is legally granted a 14-day right of withdrawal, with exceptions.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product refuse the order without giving a reason and request a return, unless an exception is made by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us a clear message that he wishes to withdraw from the contract/return the product. The law obliges the customer to express this decision in a form or by other unambiguous confirmation

3. How to request a return

To request a return, the customer must provide us with:

  • First and last name;
  • Order number;
  • Date of order receipt;
  • Name of the product to be returned;
  • Contact phone number;
  • If desired, the reason for the return.

4. Product Return Period

After the customer notifies us of the return, he must send or return the product no later than 7 calendar days, unless Digimart itself offers a return/return. This rule directly follows from the Georgian Consumer Rights Protection Law.

5. Product Condition Upon Return

The product to be returned must be:

  • used only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functionality;
  • it is preferable to return it in its complete set;
  • if possible, return it in its original packaging;
  • it must not have been damaged by the user in a way that would have caused it to be lost Possibility of sale.

According to the law, the consumer does not pay return shipping costs, except in the case when:

  • he chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one; or
  • the value of the item has decreased due to use that goes beyond the verification of its nature, characteristics and function.

6. Return Exceptions

The 14-day right of return does not apply to certain cases specified by law. The most practically important exceptions for an online store are:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized items;
  • Perishable goods;
  • Sealed goods that have been opened after receipt and are no longer eligible for return for hygiene or health reasons;
  • Sealed audio/video recordings or software, if the seal has been removed;
  • Some digital content, if the performance has already begun with the user's prior consent;
  • Other cases that are expressly excluded
